1. What this is My Simcha Invite (“we”) passes anonymised print requests from families to approved partner printers (“you”) in the family’s country. Families pick the printer they want; we take no payment from families.
2. Quotes Before a family chooses, you see only the print spec (size, stock, finishes, colours, quantity, deadline, area) and a blurred preview. Names and personal details stay hidden.
3. When you are chosen When a family accepts your quote, you receive the print-ready file and their contact details. Other quotes are marked “not chosen”.
4. Our fee You pay My Simcha Invite a flat referral fee of $35 (US dollars) per accepted job. Fees are added up each month and shown in your portal, and are payable within 14 days of the end of the month.
5. Payment for the print job The family pays you directly, on your own terms. My Simcha Invite is not a party to the print contract between you and the family.
6. Quality and service You are responsible for proofs, print quality, delivery or collection, and for resolving any problem with the family.
7. Personal data Use a family’s details only to fulfil their order. Do not add them to marketing lists without their consent. Follow the privacy law that applies to you (e.g. UK GDPR).
8. Fair play Do not contact families about requests you did not win, and do not take a job off the platform to avoid the fee.
9. Ending Either side can end the partnership with 30 days’ notice by email. Fees for jobs already accepted remain payable.
10. Law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales [to be confirmed].
