Tap a guest, then tap a table to seat them (or drag on a computer). Tap × to unseat.
Email is the bulk route for big guest lists (sending switches on once approved); WhatsApp is for personal sending and forwarding — both use the same fill-ins.
Message template
Preview per guest
Open each guest’s personal message in WhatsApp, send it, then tick “sent”. Phone numbers need the country code (e.g. 44… or 972…). For big lists, email is the easier route.
Nothing is emailed or texted from this preview — sending needs approval.

Gift list on your invite
Guests tap “Wedding gift list” on their invitation and claim one gift — everyone else then sees it as taken. Only you see who claimed what.
Your wedding lists at shops
Already have a list at a shop? Paste the link — it appears on your invitation beside the gift list. Add as many as you like.
Who's working on this simcha
Up to 3 collaborators besides the main owner. Everyone shares the same design, guest list, RSVPs, seating and gift list.
Invite emails need approval before they’re sent — copy the link and send it yourself for now.
